Foraging – August

August - Medicine making - This month we'll look at different ways to make plant medicine including honey infusions, tinctures, teas, salves, and syrups. We'll identify the plants in the field, look at finished examples of the above, and do a full walk through of at least one example. Each class is two hours in duration. Beginners and experienced foragers are welcome. Be prepared to walk, often at times on muddy or uneven surfaces. Dress for the weather and season! We meet at the pole barn.
