Come spend time in our Summer Kitchen, learn new bread baking skills, and enjoy the warmth of an authentic German type wood fired brick Squirrel Tail oven.

On November 19, we’ll be baking a variety of breads so that you can quickly and easily make bread for any meal! We’ll make a variety of breads--both sweet and savory: popovers, scones, Irish soda bread, beer bread, sourdough bread, and pumpkin spice bread. Join us for a fun and delicious evening! Space is limited, so register today!

Class will be led by Ellen Gibb and Gary Jones. Ellen and Gary are both former Board Members and long-time volunteers at the Horn Farm Center. Ellen was the driving force behind our Squirrel Tail Oven and Summer Kitchen revitalization project.
