TOPIC: EDIBLE, MEDICINAL, & ALTERNATIVE USES FOR PLANTS
October's Guided Nature Walk will focus on uses of plants in our wild spaces. Learn about edible, medicinal, and alternative uses of plants including rope making and fire making. Learn about the connections between flora and fauna, ask questions, and see wildlife along the way.
Come prepared for all weather, to get dirty, wet, and sometimes hot and sticky! This class is family and child friendly, but children must be accompanied by an adult.
Registration is per person, regardless of age. $15/person
Classes are led by Horn Farm Center Woodland Steward, Wilson Alvarez.

*Parking is along the field above the farmhouse. Meet on the farmhouse lawn.
