Spark your sense of wonder on an ecological adventure walk through the woodlands and the meadows of the Horn Farm Center.

TOPIC: Native & Invasive Tree Identification

The winter months are the best time to learn about tree identification! By using bark and budding patterns, learn how to identify native and invasive trees in the wooded areas at the farm. 

Come prepared for all weather, to get dirty, wet, and sometimes hot and sticky! This class is family and child friendly, but children must be accompanied by an adult. Registration is per person, regardless of age.

Classes are led by Horn Farm Center Woodland Steward, Wilson Alvarez.

*Registration will close 24 hours before the program. 

*All programs are subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances including inclement weather. Participants will receive an email and phone call if there are any program changes or cancellations.  

*Parking is along the field above the farmhouse. Meet on the farmhouse lawn.
