Foraging – June Plant Walk

Registration is closed for this event
June - Mid-summer is the time of abundance so there will be no shortage of plants to get to know. We'll do another general plant walk this month, looking at both herbaceous and tree species. Each class is two hours in duration. Beginners and experienced foragers are welcome. Be prepared to walk, often at times on muddy or uneven surfaces. Dress for the weather and season! We meet at the pole barn.

Class will be led by Nathan Carlos Rupley:

Nathan Carlos Rupley - Nathan is a stay at home dad, artist, and aspiring hunter-gatherer. He has been teaching classes and blogging about foraging and rewilding for about 5 years, and released a foraging DVD in 2015. Learn more at nathanrupley.wordpress.com.
