Come spend time in our Summer Kitchen and learn some new cooking skills just in time to put them to use for the holidays to come!

In this hands-on class, you will learn the art of spatchcocking, the sous vide method of cooking, and how to make the perfect vinaigrette.

Each participant will learn how to spatchcock a chicken - this is a method of cutting the meat in such a way that it cooks faster and results in more surface area thus creating more roasted flavor. Each participant will take home their finished chicken to show off their newfound skills.

The sous vide method of cooking involves using frozen  vegetables and heating them in minutes resulting in veggies ready to serve at the perfect temperature, consistency, and expected outcome every time.

We will sous vide maple glazed carrots to have with a seasonal salad and fresh made vinaigrette.

Once you know how to apply these cooking skills, you can reduce your preparation time for meals, especially those holiday meals. Join us to learn, share stories, eat and have a good time. There will be snacks and beverages. Feel free to bring your own adult beverage to enjoy or share if you prefer.
All materials will be provided.
Class size is limited to ten, so register early!
