This class will cover various preservation methods including drying, dehydrating, freezing, and preserving in oil and butter.  Preserved herbs can be used throughout the year to enhance the flavors in your cooking, as well as to make teas and herbal vinegars.  Sampling and recipes included. Class will take place in our historic summer kitchen. Space is limited. Register now!
