Cooking Venison – 9-9-17

Learn how to prepare a simple stuffed deer heart to impress your guests. Then warm your own heart and body by creating a luscious venison stew.

Spend some time in our historic summer kitchen cooking deer meat, also know as venison, with fresh herbs such as rosemary, thyme, and sage and root vegetables like potatoes, apnions, and carrots. All materials will be provided. Space is limited to 10, so register early!
