Cycle the Solstice – 2018

On Saturday, June 23, The Cycle Works of Wrightsville, Pennsylvania will be hosting the fourth annual Cycle the Solstice bicycle ride to benefit the Horn Farm Center for Agricultural Education.  Cycle the Solstice is a fun 20, 30, or 62 mile bike ride through York and Lancaster counties. The ride will offer cycling opportunities for riders of all ages and abilities while providing information about leading healthy lifestyles and supporting ecologically sustainable local food production in the region.

The ride will offer cycling opportunities for riders of all ages and abilities while providing information about leading healthy lifestyles and supporting ecologically sustainable local food production in the region.

Each ride will begin at the beautiful grounds of the Horn Farm Center. Riders will use road blazes and cue sheets to ride their chosen loop at their own pace. Along the way, riders will stop at local small farm businesses and markets for refreshments. Upon completion of their loop, riders will return to the farm to enjoy a lunch made with fresh, local ingredients.
