 tside\, break a sweat\, and make an impact? </h1>\
 n \n <p>Work alongside our farm team and help shap
 e the Horn Farm's educational ecosystem!</p>\n \n 
 <p>During our <strong>monthly open farm workdays</
 strong>\, you'll lend a hand in our demonstration 
 field. Tasks will vary based on a few factors--lik
 e season\, weather\, and the number of volunteers-
 -but here's a general sense of what you can expect
  in the fall and winter: </p>\n \n <ul>\n 	<li>Cle
 aring and winterizing annual garden beds</li>\n 	<
 li>Mulching and maintaining perennial willow and e
 lderberry beds</li>\n 	<li>Reclaiming neglected ar
 eas and general clean-up</li>\n 	<li><em>INDOOR / 
 POOR WEATHER:</em> husking hazelnuts or sorting wi
 llows</li>\n </ul>\n \n <p><strong>If you'd like m

 y\, you'll learn about agroforestry\, regenerative
  farming\, and land restoration while getting a "b
 ehind-the-scenes" look at the Horn Farm's learning
  landscape. You'll also meet other volunteers!</p>

 :</h2>\n \n <p>Please wear sturdy\, closed-toe sho
 es\, dress for the weather\, and bring your own wa
 ter bottle (refills will be available). We have gl
 oves on hand for those who want them. All tools wi
 ll be provided.</p>\n \n <h2>Physical Activity Not
 e:</h2>\n \n <p>Open field workdays will require m
 inor to moderate physical labor. Participants shou
 ld be able to perform tasks typical of gardening a
 nd yard clean-up in potentially rainy\, hot\, or c
 old conditions. Be prepared for walking on uneven\
 , possibly muddy terrain.</p>\n \n <h2>Age Policy:
 </h2>\n \n <p>Field workdays are <strong>not suita
 ble for children under 15 years of age</strong>. A
 nyone under 18 must be accompanied by a volunteeri
