  Whether you are curious about fermentation\, look
 ing for a healthy alternative to soda\, interested
  in the health benefits of live probiotics\, or si
 mply excited to try something new\, this hands-on 
 class will introduce you to the creative world of 
 fermented beverages.</p>\n \n <p>In this class\, w

 a:</strong> Learn the basics of brewing your own k
 ombucha and take home a kombucha starter so you ca

 , lightly fermented drink from Guyana from scratch
  during our class.</li>\n 	<li><strong>Herbal Beer
 : </strong>Discover how herbs and other ingredient
 s can be used to create your own unique fermented

  taste\, and experiment as we explore the many pos
