A trauma-informed yoga class is a specific type of yoga practice designed to be safe and supportive for individuals who have experienced trauma. Students have complete control over their practice, classes focus on safety and body awareness, minimize overwhelm through a calm environment, and classes foster non- judgment and self-acceptance.
About the Instructor: Kara Lovehart
Kara is a massage therapist, intuitive professional & personal empowerment coach utilizing her ongoing training in various Mind-Body integration techniques to help her clients find healing & empowerment. She is a 200 Hour Trauma-Informed Yoga teacher with over 10 years in practice. Her passion is teaching her yoga students practices for balance, stress relief, trauma & burnout recovery, spiritual connection, and nervous system resilience.

This class will take place outdoors. Please check the weather in advance and dress accordingly. Be prepared for walking on uneven terrain after the sun has set.
