At the Horn Farm Center - we are redefining agriculture. Our work affects the farm's ecosystem, the community, the Susquehanna, and the Chesapeake Bay. The Horn Farm Center recently transformed several acres of farmland into multi-functional riparian buffer landscapes with the support of the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources and the Keystone 10 Million Trees initiative. We have planted over 17,000 trees on the Farm, which are now producing food and agroforestry products while protecting our waterways. Learn how these spaces have become the catalyst for a new type of farming - one that prioritize the ecological health.
Join as we walk the farm to learn about our new agroforestry demonstration projects, which will become living classrooms for new training programs and learning experiences at the Horn Farm. Discover how we are redefining agriculture and crafting a new vision for our regional food systems.
The Agroforestry Farm Tour runs from 3:30pm-4:30pm and is followed by a casual meet and greet with refreshements, light fare, and entertainment by the fire.
This is a free, invite-only program for our dedicated donors. Please register any guests who will be attending with you. Young children accompanying an adult may attend.

This event will take place outdoors. Please check the weather in advance and dress accordingly. Be prepared for walking on uneven terrain and potentially muddy conditions.
