  • The health impacts of common lawn chemical fertilizers and pesticides & non-toxic alternatives
  • How to support bees, butterflies, and other pollinators right in your yard
  • What “bee lawns” and native landscaping are & how to get started
  • How small changes at home can inspire larger shifts in your neighborhood and community

Arrival & Parking: Parking takes place in the field above the farmhouse. Plan to arrive 10 minutes early so we can begin the class on time.

Rachel Benbow is an environmental advocate and member of the Wild Ones of Central PA.  She is dedicated to helping create a healthier state of being for both people and the world in which we live.  Rachel loves to spend time outdoors, gets excited about foraging for edible and medicinal plants, and is an organic gardener and native plant enthusiast.
