Explore the connections between plants, pleasure, and pelvic health through the lens of bioregional herbalism. We’ll work with bioregional plants traditionally used to support circulation, relaxation, menstrual health, and sexual wellness for all genders. We will apply traditional herbal knowledge and embodiment exercises to select herbs for a personalized herbal tea. Discover herbalism as a conduit for connecting to our own bodies and to our relationships.
