Come spend time in our Summer Kitchen and learn some new cooking skills with edible flowers.

Cooking with edible flowers adds another dimension to a dish. Their beautiful colors and delicate flavors can truly take a dish from good to magnificent!

Betsy Dorbian operates Betsy’s Flowers at the Farm and will be sharing her knowledge about pairing food and flowers as the instructor of this workshop. We’ll take a walk through the rows of flowers on her farm (located at the Horn Farm) and pick flowers for cooking recipes such as Lavender Blueberry Soup, Flower Embellished Goat Cheese, Savory Flower Spread, and Candied Flower Blossoms. See and taste what lavender, calendula, anise hyssop, nasturtium, and flowering basil can do for your food! 

Class size is limited to ten, so register early.
