November - As the days move towards winter and the evenings get cooler, soup becomes a staple of the dinner table. We walk the property and forage for soup greens, grains, and roots. We'll finish with a batch of wild soup ready for tasting. Each class is two hours in duration. Beginners and experienced foragers are welcome. Be prepared to walk, often at times on muddy or uneven surfaces. Dress for the weather and season! We meet at the pole barn.
