Rhubarb and Strawberry Chutney

Chutney's are amazing in so many ways; on hummus, with red meat, pork or poultry, as a grilling sauce or paired with a variety of cheeses. Learn how to make this wonderful late Spring chutney with rhubarb and strawberries.

Learn how to make strawberry rhubarb chutney in our historic summer kitchen. The class will prepare chutney and while it is simmering, snack on chutney made ahead of time. All materials and ingredients will be provided. Each student will take home an 8 ounce container of finished chutney. To add enjoyment to the evening, this is a BYOB event--bring along your adult beverage of choice (optional).
