Many different berries come and go throughout the season - When they are plentiful in your yard or the Farmers Market, what can you do to preserve the abundance and enjoy them all year round.
 
Join Horn Farm volunteer Stephanie Himes as she shares her process for making many, many pints of jams and jellies each summer. This will be a hands on event and you will leave with a jar of jelly or jam produced during the class. Class will be held in our Summer Kitchen.
