Utilize nature’s bounty while creating a beautiful, natural, one-of-a-kind scarf.

Join us for an adventure at the Horn Farm Center. We'll walk around the farm and find plants and other natural items that speak to you. You will use these items to transfer the image to a silk scarf that you can enjoy wearing this summer and share with your friends that you made it yourself. Make it a fun outing with friends, bring snacks and a beverage of your choice and commune with nature.

Register early, class size is limited to 10.

Class will be led by Jeri Robinson-Lawrence and Irina Lawrence. Jeri and Irina are a mother/daughter team and co-owners of Flying Fibers, a full service fiber arts shop in Landisville, PA. They are also shepherdesses of rare breed British sheep, and they knit, spin, dye, weave and make every other craft you possibly can with wool. They are both inspired by the English landscape, and the quaint towns found in North Yorkshire. Jeri and Irina love British Longwools, and USA-made yarns, and feature these in their personal knitting and designs. Their work is distributed on Ravelry.
