The Horn Farm Center’s 14th Annual Plant Sale is on Saturday, May 2nd, 2026 from 9AM to 3PM!
This season, create a beautiful, diverse, nourishing garden that will feed you, your family, your community, and help support the local ecosystem! From anise hyssop to zucchini, and everything in between – The Horn Farm Plant Sale is your one-stop-shop for organically grown vegetable, herb, flower, tree, and shrub starts.
This year, Horn Farm Center will be joining forces with Kilgore Family Farm and other growers to provide our community with top-notch, quality plants.
Highlights for the 2026 Plant Sale:
- Native Perennials (flowers, trees, and shrubs)
- Many new varieties of veggies, herbs, flowers, and regional plants (stay tuned for updates!)
Plant Sale Details:
- All sales will take place in-person on the day of the plant sale. No online sales and no reservations.
- Cash & credit cards will be accepted for most purchases. Some payment options will vary for independent vendors.
- Bring cash. No ATM on site.
- Bring your own boxes if available, otherwise carrying trays will be provided.
- Most plants will be priced at $4.00
- Prices on specialty plants, larger sizes, and offerings from independent vendors will vary.
Proceeds will support local, regenerative farming practices and the educational programming of the Horn Farm Center.

The Plant Sale also features offerings from regional plant and food vendors, all helping us celebrate the start of the spring planting season!
Volunteers
This community-based event needs volunteers to help things run smoothly! Volunteers can select the shift(s) that work for them or opt to stay for the whole day. While volunteering, you will also have the opportunity to purchase plants before or after your shift. Any support you can give is greatly appreciated!
