We are pleased and excited to announce our 2016 Farm Internship Program! This is a part-time, hands-on training program for people with 0 to 2 years of farm experience. The program provides foundational knowledge and practical skills for those interested in small-scale, intensive, organic vegetable and permaculture-based production methods. This program will be valuable and suitable for anyone interested in exploring a future in small-scale vegetable production as well as anyone interested in learning growing skills for the purpose of homesteading, gardening, and feeding themselves and their community. Horn Farm Welcomes New Board Members

The Horn Farm Center for Agricultural Education is pleased to announce the election of three new members of the Board of Directors. Tammy Batley is a passionate gardener and permaculture practitioner who is guiding the creation of the Edible Hedgerow. Ellen Gibb spent 41 years working in the food industry and is overseeing the conversion of the historic Summer Kitchen at the Horn Farm into a certified kitchen. Amanda Meyers has a background in communications and development and she chairs the the Fund Development Work Group. Welcome!
