Wellness Workshops

Humans navigate the world differently than our animal kingdom counterparts. We sit often – at our desks, in our cars, in our homes – and our time outdoors can be limited. 

Cultivating personal wellness practices helps us connect with ourselves, one another, and natural world. Bringing more attention to our movement and mind can provide lifelong benefit. 

Practical Movement Classes:

This class is informed by the various tasks one might find themselves doing in the garden, in the wild spaces around their house or local park, or just while living their lives. The main goal is to begin to develop a new “movement lens” and to build physical resilience by moving, breathing, and observing. Join us for this one-of-a-kind class as we explore natural movement, breathwork, specific body part exercises, functional/dynamic movements, and restorative stretches.

Join us at the farm for Wellness Wednesdays! Once a month we will host a class featuring different types of yoga in collaboration with Firefly Wellness Center.

All classes are beginner-friendly and welcome participants of all levels.
