Horn Farm Center’s organically-grown garlic is an unnamed Hardneck Porcelain variety . Having been saved and replanted at the Horn Farm Center for close to a decade, the source variety may be lost to time, but the result is a variety boasting beautiful, large cloves, that are easy to peel, and have a nice robust, spicy character.
