chickweedMarch 30 – This is our first foraging walk of the season! This time of year can be unpredictable and we’ll find ourselves with either an early thaw and beautiful spring ephemerals emerging or we’ll have a foot of snow through which to stomp. Either way, we will greet what the natural world has to offer us and see what is available to harvest now and what we can identify to return to later.  Beginners and experienced foragers are welcome.
